The Big Blue!

Hello World!

Involving my last Blog post where I posted about things that make me happy, one of them involved having a bit of a pampering night and having a bath. On a particular recent Sunday Evening, I gave a new Bath Bomb a good tester. Here is what I thought about..

The Big Blue; perfect for letting your imagination take you to the seaside as you soak in a bath that smells of sea and with ingredients such as Arame Seaweed and sea salt.

I enjoy the smell of the sea and the sounds of the waves crashing to shore. When I picked this up at the Lush store, I was quite excited to be having a bath that smelled like the ocean and I could just drift away with my imagination of the current.
I will let you in on a well known secret about me. I am not a big fan of actually going into the ocean. One day when I was young, I went for a swim in the ocean and on that particular day I saw a dead Jellyfish washed up on shore. Since then, I have been quite disturbed of the thought of what is actually out there in the sea and what is dead or alive. The slimy things, the crabs, the openness of it all. It all just freaked me out!!
So when I followed the instruction of this Bath Bomb; create a bath of your perfect temperature, sit in the bath and let the world around you dissolve as you release the bath bomb.
What I wasn't expecting is the arame seaweed coming out of the bomb. I sat in the bath tub, smelling the aroma of the seaweed and the sea salt, but I was also in the corner of the tub staring at the seaweed and trying so hard to not let it touch me!!!
Although the Arame Seaweed, did make my skin feel soft to touch. I just couldn't shake the disturbance of it being in my Bathtub, so I really did have to cut my bath short.

Also, there was a lot of the seaweed and it did take some time cleaning the bathtub afterwards. So if you are a big fan of the ocean and don't mind sitting in seaweed and then cleaning the tub afterwards. This is the perfect bath bomb for you!

Rose.
