May Favourites 2015

Hello World,

I cannot believe that I was organised this time and I'm actually doing a favourite Blog post a day before the end of the month.

May has been a crazy month for me, I left an old and started a new one. My body has been going crazy trying to get used to this extra hour in bed and not having to drive so far now. It has also been emotionally tiring, getting used to a new job, new routine and mainly new people. When going through a change like this, it does make you miss the people you have been with, but I know for the long run it was for the best.

Here is my May favourites:
Laini Taylor; Daughter of Smoke and Bone trilogy had to make the May favourites, only because they have been so fantastic to read the last few months and I am still in that little world.

Mugs: I am not a tea or coffee drinker (with the only exception from a coffee shop), but I have always been in love with mugs. It's becoming a common thing recently for people to show of their mugs collection and I for one do have a pretty low collection. These two mugs are however two of my favourites. The small pink polka dot one is new from the last couple of weeks and I have been enjoying hot chocolate and green tea in them!
Pen: I'm a writer and this pen was a present to me. When I first used it, I immediately fell in love with it.
Shoe: With the money I saved from not commuting, I was able to treat myself to a pair of new shoes! These brown pumps are from New Look, and even though they still need wearing in, I am completely in love with how they look on my feet!
Vaseline: It is a part of my morning and night time routine where I put Vaseline on my lips, to prevent them from over drying and becoming chapped. Being someone who has been using lip balm on my lips for so many years, I have always found Vaseline to be the most reliable and helpful product, that can sort out any chapped lips.
Tea Tree, night moisturiser and toner from The Body Shop: I have been using the toner for a long time and I am still loving the way it makes my skin feel and the smell is just amazing. Some reason I am obsessed with the smell of tea tree. The night time moisturiser has been a product where I leave and always come back to! It helps the oily areas I have on my face and I love waking up to a fresh feeling face.

Rose.
